dadih... oo,dadih!!!


ntah untuk bape puluh kali ntah aku duk ulang tayang tgk cite jepun ni. tajuk : my boss my hero.
aku bg jalan cite nie skit:
Sakaki "Tornado" Makio (Nagase Tomoya) is a tough 27-year-old high school drop-out. By academic standards, he's pretty dumb. His father decides to force Makio to return to high school to receive his diploma and he asks an old friend who happens to be the principal (Iwaki Koichi) of a nearby school to admit Makio. If Makio doesn't graduate, the position of boss will be given to his younger brother Mikio (Kikawada Masaya).
Furthermore, he must pose as a 17-year-old during school hours and in the presence of any classmates or teachers outside of school. If his cover is blown, it would be the end of his high school career as well as his hopes to become boss. Things start out rough and tough as Makio's violent temper is tested. As the lessons and days go by he learns there is much more to school than just tests and studying.

tapi camne pun, cite ni sgt hilarious, and i've seriously laughed until i cride while watching it, and i think its strongly able to brought audience's emotional. paling xtahan time dorang (yg hensem tuh) plan tuk rebut puding kt canteen.. bila dah dapat, punye nikmat muka die sampai terliur aku dibuatnya..huhu


so, disebabkan terliur,, aku pun tanye la makcik google resepi tuk wat puding neh.. last2 jumpe! RESEPI DADIH!! eh,kenape dadih?? bukan p.u.d...,, ~alala, sama jela tuh... ngade2 eh!! ayuh kita buat same2!!


Bahan-bahan ( 15-20 cup kecil )

  • 1 liter air
  • 1 liter susu segar
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 11 g serbuk agar2(2 sudu besar)
  • secubit garam
  • perisa (jagung,strawberi,milo dll)

Cara-cara

  1. masak air dgn gula sampai gula hancur.
  2. masukkan susu, serbuk agar2 dan secubit garam. panaskan sehingga mendidih dan kacau hingga sebati.
  3. tutup api dan tapiskan ke dalam bekas2 kecil(kalo nak masukkan perisa, bahagikan dadih kepada beberapa bahagian dan tambahkan perisa). simpan di dalam peti ais sehingga dadih menjadi pepejal.
